When was the last time you thought about your subconscious mind? If you haven’t given it much thought (pun totally intended) lately, then perhaps you should.
Your subconscious mind controls your behaviour and therefore dictates the results you achieve in your life and what you experience and attract.
It took years for you to program and create the life you are living. Which means you might need to dive deeply into your subconscious if you want things to change.
Nothing will change unless we take the time to work on our mindset and change our subconscious programming.
The key to reprogramming our subconscious mind is through repetition.
Keep doing mindset work every day until it sticks.
You will begin to see positive results once you have mindfully created new behavioural habits that you begin to do automatically (and subconsciously).
Meditation and journaling are two of my favourite tools to improve my mindset, and I practise these rituals daily.
I love hypnotic abundance meditations that allow me to focus on the abundance I am creating on a subconscious level.
Journaling is a powerful way for you to home in on self-hypnosis and reprogram your subconscious so you are focusing on your life’s true desires.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson says, “You become what you think about all day long.”
One of the easiest ways to journal is to write out your vision and goals in as much detail as possible – as if they are already happening within your life.
Appreciate the joy and emotion you feel when you know you have these things and experiences in your life, making them feel real to you.
Write out your positive affirmations that support your vision and goals and do it multiple times a day if possible.
Say them, sing them, read them, listen to them, write them down, and write them again using your alternative writing hand.
If you do this mindset work repeatedly EVERY DAY, then I promise you that it will soon become a part of your subconscious.
It will become part of your being and who you are.
That is how dreams are created.
